One (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded. Winner will receive up to a total of two (2) General Admission Infield Tickets for winner and *one (1) verified guest to attend the 2025 **Kentucky Derby® horse race projected to be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Louisville, KY (actual date of the Kentucky Derby® horse race has not been finalized; based on the timing of previous years’ Kentucky Derby® horse races, Sponsor believes that the 2025 version of the Kentucky Derby® horse race will take place on the indicated date; actual date of the 2025 Kentucky Derby® horse race will be confirmed on or around three (3) months prior to the event.

Grand Prize includes one (1) $2,000 check for winner that may be used for any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $3,900.00 depending on the number of tickets awarded.

Open only to legal U.S. residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
