Prizes: A total of 13 prizes will be awarded in this Sweeps ((1) First Prize per Entry Period (for a total of 12 First Prizes), and 1 Grand Prize.
Each First prize entry period (12): (1) First Prize winner will receive a $500 statement credit applied to their Sam’s Club Mastercard card account (ARV of each Entry Period 1 Prize = $500.).
Grand Prize Entry Period: (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 statement credit applied to their Sam’s Club Mastercard card account. (ARV of Grand Period Entry Period Prize = $5,000).
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPS: $11,000
