Six (6) Grand Prizes will be available to be awarded. Each winner will receive General Admission passes for winner and *one (1) verified guest to attend one (1) of the two (2) Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival 2025 (“Festival”) weekends which are projected to take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 11-13, 2025 and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 18-20, 2025 in Indio, California (actual dates of the 2025 Festivals have not been finalized; based on timing of previous years’ Festivals, Sponsor believes the 2025 version of the Festival will take place during the indicated time period; actual dates of the 2025 Festivals will be confirmed by Sponsor/HP2 Promotions on or around three (3) months prior to the 2025 Festivals.) Each winner may select one (1) 2025 Festival weekend, subject to Sponsor’s approval at its sole discretion. 2025 Festival weekend must be chosen by a winner by June 1, 2024. While Sponsor will seek to accommodate each winner’s preferences, a winner may not receive his/her choice of weekend and Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Each Grand Prize includes up to *two (2) passes to the 2025 Festival (for a winner and one [1] verified guest) and one (1) $3,000 check for winner that may be used for any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $4,600 depending on the number of passes awarded.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all Grand Prizes is $27,600.00.

Open only to legal U.S. residents of the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per day (12:00:00 a.m. ET until 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except January 15, 2024 which begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET) during the Sweepstakes Period.
