A panel of qualified judges will select two Clips, namely one snowboard Clip and one ski Clip, per month for a total of eight Award recipients over the course of the Challenge. Each Award recipient will be awarded $10,000 USD. At the end of the Challenge period, one Clip will be selected as the Grand Prize winner to receive $25,000 USD and their run will be crowned the “GoPro Line of the Winter."

Open to all GoPro users who are eligible for GoPro Awards under the GoPro Awards Content Submission Agreement and have created a GoPro Awards Account.

There’s no limit to how many times you can submit.

All submissions must be raw unedited point-of-view video clips shot by the submitter using a GoPro camera. Eligible Clips must be content shot in the Southern Hemisphere winter 2023 through Northern Hemisphere winter ending April 30, 2024. Clips depicting skiing, snowboarding, sit-skiing, adaptive snow athletes, and ski-BASE athletes are eligible.
Upload your raw footage from any GoPro camera to the “Line of the Winter” challenge during the Challenge Period or via the Quik app on mobile devices. In addition, you must post and share your Clip on one of the following social media sites (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads) using the #GoProLineOfTheWinter hashtag.
