Winner only will also receive $500.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). ARV of Grand Prize is $4,100.00.

(70) First Prizes; awarded 10 per Month. Each First Prize consists of one NBA item signed by an NBA player selected by Sponsor. ARV of each First Prize is up to $125.00.

(112) Second Prizes; awarded 16 per Month. Each Second Prize consists of one NBAstore.com digital gift code. ARV of each Second Prize is $100.00.

Total ARV of all prizes is up to $24,050.00.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older (19 or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) at the time of entry.
