(1) Grand Prize: GP consists of (1) trip to be shared by GP winner and (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV. Trip includes round-trip air transportation for winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near the GP winner’s residence in the U.S. or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) to Las Vegas, NV; (4) day (3) night package for GP winner and Guest including: Standard hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor; Transportation to/from airport to hotel and to/from hotel to golf courses; (3) rounds of golf for winner and guest. (1) of such rounds of golf will be with Jamie Sadlowski (or reasonable substitute as determined by Sponsor should Jamie Sadlowski’s schedule not coincide with GP winner’s trip schedule or if Jamie Sadlowski becomes unavailable for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control) at a course to be determined by Sponsor; GP winner only will receive $500 U.S. spending money (awarded in the form of a check issued in GP winner’s name); (1) full set of Adams Golf clubs including an Adams Golf Speedline FAST 10 driver for GP winner only; and (1) Golf Channel Prize Pack for winner only consisting of (but not limited to) (1) Adams Golf shirt, (1) Adams Golf hat, (1) Golf Channel towel, (1) Golf Channel ball marker, (1) Golf Channel pennant flag and (1) Peak Vision Sunglasses. Travel must be completed by March 11, 2011 or GP will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded.

Weekly Sweepstakes # 5, # 6, #7, #8: Each prize winner will received (1) Adams Golf Speedline FAST 10 driver and (1) Golf Channel prize pack consisting of (but not limited to) (1) Adams Golf shirt, (1) Adams Golf hat, (1) Golf Channel towel, (1) Golf Channel ball marker, (1) Golf Channel pennant flag and (1) Peak Vision Sunglasses (Exact content to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion).

Total ARV of all prizes is: $10,681.

Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of January 15, 2010 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D. number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.
