Rules
Open to legal residents of CO, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, and TX 18 years of age or older (NE residents must be 19 years of age or older) as of January 1, 2010.

HOW TO ENTER:
To receive an official game card, fill-up with a minimum 10 gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel at a participating Phillips 66 retail store in CO, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, and TX, between January 1, 2010 and February 14, 2010 or while supplies last.
At the time of purchase, request a Game Card from the cashier. Limit one Game Card per customer per visit. On the back of the Game Card, scratch off coating to reveal your access number for game play ("Access Number").
