(1) Grand Prize: A (5) day/(4) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and (1) guest to the Just For Laughs Festival tentatively scheduled for June 2010 in Chicago, IL. The trip will include the following: (a) round-trip air transportation for (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to an airport in the Chicago, IL area; double-occupancy hotel accommodations selected by Sponsors' in in the Chicago, IL area, for (4) nights; round-trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel; (2) tickets redeemable for admission to the 2010 Just For Laughs Festival (admission to specific shows to be selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) each night of the trip; (1) dinner cruise featuring dinner for (2) people (not to exceed a total of $250); and $700 spending money awarded as a check payable to the Grand Prize Winner only.

TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZE: $4,778.

Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older.
