Prize Details
(1) Grand Prize: Consists of the opportunity for a winner to have his/her place of residence decorated with snow (or artificial snow effect) on the morning of December 25, 2009 and the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner to participate in a live broadcast of the White Christmas Event at the Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence.
ARV of Grand Prize is $599.
Finalist Prizes:
Each Finalist Prize consists of the following (1) Weather Channel “Holiday Party” CD, (1) Weather Channel “Professional Weather Center”; and (1) Weather Channel gift bag (actual contents, such as a hat, t-shit, etc. to be determined and subject to change at Sponsors’ sole discretion).
ARV of each Finalist Prize is $250.
ARV of all prizes is $1,849.
Rules
Contest is open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of November 16, 2009.
Void in Alaska and Hawaii.
Limit one (1) Entry per person during the entire Contest Period.

To enter, access the Contest web site at www.weather.com/whitechristmas (“Web Site”), click on the Contest icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Contest home page.
Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form (collectively, “Entry Information”) consists of your first and last name, complete street address (including Zip Code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, email address, acknowledgement that you have read the Official Rules and acknowledgement that you have received permission to include the images of any and all persons that appear in your Video Submission (as defined below), including permission from the parent or legal guardian of any minors.
As part of the entry process, you must also upload one (1) video submission (“Video Submission”) containing video content. Video Submissions must be in one of the following formats: .AVI, .MPEG, WMV, .MOV, .MP4, .3GP, DIVX, .M4V, .QT, .RM, .VP6, .OGM.
No other formats will be accepted. Online Video Submissions must not exceed 50mb. Entry Information and one (1) Video Submission will together constitute one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Contest.
Video content should consist of a video presentation by entrant (in accordance with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules) in which the entrant appears and explains, displays or otherwise demonstrates why the entrant should be receive a “White Christmas” at his/her home on the morning of December 25, 2009 (“Video Content”).
Video Content must be the entrant’s sole and original creation that has never been previously published, performed or otherwise exhibited and must be no more than one (1) minute in length.
If a Video Submission exceeds one (1) minute, only the first minute of the Video Submission will be judged. Information included in the Video Submission must be truthful and is subject to verification by Sponsors.
Two (2) or more people may appear in a Video Submission, but only one (1) entrant may appear in each Video Submission.
