(1) Grand Prize: package consisting of the following:
1.) A four-day/three-night trip for two to NBA All-Star 2010 in Dallas, TX between 2/12/10 and 2/15/10, consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major gateway airport nearest to winner’s residence, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), two tickets to a select All-Star events and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel;
2.) One 2010-2011 season ticket package for two to one NBA team market (winner’s choice of team);
3.) Winner will have the opportunity to create a character, which may be included in the 2K11 game; and
4.) One 2K10 Video Game.
ARV of Grand Prize package: $16,000.

(5) First Prizes: Two tickets to a regular season NBA game in any one team market.
ARV: $1,000 US each.

(50) Second Prizes: 2010 NBA All-Star Gift bag including one 2K10 Video Game.
ARV: $250.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $33,500.
