(1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for Winner and a guest to Orange County for a $5000 shopping spree with a castmember of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

The trip shall include the following elements: 1) either round-trip air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to the John Wayne airport or other nearby airport or round-trip ground transportation from Grand Prize Winner’s home for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to Orange County (the determination of whether Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest will travel by air or ground transportation will be made by Sponsors in their sole discretion); (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel near Orange County; if necessary, as determined solely by Sponsors, round-trip transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between airport and hotel and between hotel and locations where the shopping will take place.
ARV $8,300.

(24) Weekly Prizes: Drawing (1) weekly prize consisting of a the following: (1) Real Housewives Essential Kit consisting of Real Housewives merchandise or other related items as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
ARV of each Weekly Prize: $200.
Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $4,800.

Open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are permanent, legal residents of, and are physically present in, the (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and who are (18) years of age or older.
