(1) Grand Prize: $5,000 cash to the winner (awarded as a check) and a donation of $5,000 to a designated charity of winner’s choice. Winner must choose a charity from a list provided by Sponsor. Charitable contribution not tax deductible.

HOW TO ENTER:
Two ways to enter: (1) Beginning on November 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”) purchase and register a Bonefish Grill gift card at bonefishgrill.com and be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Gift cards purchased at a restaurant or authorized third party must be registered online at bonefishgrill.com in order to be eligible.
(2) To enter without purchasing or registering a gift card, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number on apiece of paper and enclose in send a stamped envelope to: PO Box 409 Watertown MA 02471-0409. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/31/09 and received by 1/7/10.
