Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States (“U.S.”), or the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of November 3, 2009.

To enter the Sweepstakes via the Dipstakes’s micro-site, go to www.dipstakes.com (the “Sponsor’s Web Site”) and follow the prompts to complete the registration process. By registering, and clicking on the "Enter Dipstakes" button, Participants will receive the number of Entry Points for entering that corresponds to the Entry Points Chart in Rule #V below (twenty-five (25) Entry Points). In order to earn additional Entry Points, you are invited to click on the “Enter Here for More Chances to Win” button located on the Sponsor’s Web Site. This link will take you directly to the Facebook Dipstakes Application, then you may follow the prompts to guide you in registering for Facebook (if you are not already a member) and/or the downloading of the Dipstakes™ Application (defined below) on Facebook. This is an optional entry step and not required to be part of the Sweepstakes; provided, however, Participants who register through Sponsor's Web Site must be a member of Facebook and download the Sweepstakes Application in order to earn additional Entry Points through game play. If you are not a Facebook member and/or don't want to register to become a member of Facebook, you may instead earn additional Entry Points through the AMOE described in Rule IV(3) below.
If you choose not to earn additional Entry Points through either the Facebook Application game play component of this Sweepstakes or through the AMOE described in Rule IV(3) below, you will be limited to receiving the twenty-five (25) Entry Points for entry via Sponsor's Web Site as set forth in the chart in Rule V.
