(1) GRAND PRIZE: Consisting of a round-trip coach air transportation for two to Miami, Florida from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner is located within 150 miles of the Destination immediately prior to the Events; (3) nights ocean view cabin for (2) aboard the Groove Cruise (includes port taxes and surcharges); (2) passes to all Groove Cruise’s special events occurring January 29 – February 1, 2010 both on the cruise and on land.

ARV of Grand Prize: $2,700.
