(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a (5) day/ (4) night trip to San Francisco, CA, for (2). The trip will include the following (a) round-trip coach-class air transportation for (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in the San Francisco, CA area; (1) room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations in the San Francisco, CA area for (4) nights; round-trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel; (1) cooking class demonstration for (2) at a cooking facility in the San Francisco or Napa Valley area, selected by Sponsors; (1) (2) hour Napa Valley Wine Train Tour (“Wine Tour”) for (2) in the San Francisco area (gratuity not included) (not to exceed a total of ($450)); the Wine Tour will include a three course meal, a train tour and a tour of a winery selected by Sponsors; and ($500) spending money for the Grand Prize Winner.

TOTAL ARV OF PRIZE: $3,920.

Open to all legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years or older.
