(1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive $20,000 to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the Grand Prize winner.

Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (excluding residents of New York and Florida), who are of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and who have an active, valid e-mail account and Internet access at the beginning of the Sweepstakes.
