(1) Grand Prize: Winner will have the choice, at his/her option, to select to receive either a two person portable SpaBerry hot tub (ARV: $4,499) or a check in the amount of $4,000 Dollars.

(10) FIRST PRIZE: Winners will each receive a $50.00 Quiznos Gift Card.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,999 or $4,500 if the cash option is selected.

If you do not answer the question correctly, you will be shown the correct answer. After you have answered the questions, regardless of whether or not you answered the question correctly, you will receive confirmation that you have received (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
