Each winner (and guest) will be eligible to attend only one Concert on either October 29th or October 30th, 2009. Trip includes two vouchers to purchase tickets to the concert, including VIP entrance to the Garden, two round trip airline tickets between a major United States gateway airport close to winner's residence and the New York area airport; Hotel accommodations consisting of one standard room for two nights at a hotel, $600 food allowance, airport and hotel transfers up to $300, and one copy of an upcoming Guitar Hero release. A payment in the amount of $3,000 to mitigate potential tax liability that may be owed in regard to other prize elements of the First Place Prize.
ARV of a First Place Prize is $12,169.

(5) Second Place Prizes: Winners will each receive a $250 Best Buy Gift Card, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame collectable, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Program, and one copy of an upcoming Guitar Hero release.
ARV of a Second Place Prize is $440.

Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $70,254.
