(31) Prizes: Winners will each receive one unique prize code to be entered into the discount code box upon checkout valid for 100% off of any one particular item including shipping and any sales tax, usable only at Teva.com. The prize code will be emailed to the winner.

The estimated average ARV of each prize: $75.00.

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Limit one entry per person for the duration of the sweepstakes. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.

There will be 31 drawings and a total of 31 winners. Winners will be selected via a random drawing on each Monday starting with June 8, 2009 and ending with the final drawing on January 4, 2010.
