The Trip, and Notebook are collectively referred to herein as the Prize. The Trip includes: 1) round-trip domestic air transportation for (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence to one of the major gateway airports nearest Los Angeles; (2) nights hotel accommodations in a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel, as determined by Sponsors; (2) tickets to attend a taping of the Show scheduled to take place between January 18, 2010 and January 29, 2010 (or on such other date as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); round trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel, and the hotel and the taping of the Show; and ($200) in cash (to Winner only) to be awarded as a check made payable to Winner.

ARV of Prize is $4,950.
