(5) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Winners will each receive a (5) day/ (4) night vacation package for the Winner and up to (3) guests to the Winner’s choice of either (A) Walt Disney World Resort or (B) Disneyland Resort.

(A) The Walt Disney World Resort vacation consists of: Round-trip air transportation for the Winner and (3) guests between the major gateway airport in the United States or Canada closest to the Winner's residence and Orlando International Airport, except that if a Winner resides within a 250-mile radius of the Walt Disney World Resort, air transportation will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in Prize value; (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort, except that if a Winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Walt Disney World Resort, ground transportation will not be awarded; Room accommodations consisting of (1) standard room (with a maximum of (4) persons per room) for (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort (subject to availability); Four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option; and (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of $400) USD. (B) The Disneyland Resort vacation consists of: Round-trip air transportation for four (4) persons between the major gateway airport in the United States or Canada closest to Winner's residence and an airport in Southern California selected by Disney Destinations, in its sole discretion, except that if a Winner resides within a 250-mile radius of the Disneyland Resort, air transportation will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in Prize value; (4) round-trip ground transfers between the arrival airport in Southern California and the Disneyland Resort, except that if a Winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Disneyland Resort, ground transportation will not be awarded; Room accommodations consisting of (1) standard room with a maximum of (4) persons per room for (4) nights at a hotel at the Disneyland Resort (or similar hotel); (4) 5-Day Park Hopper Passes; and (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of $200.00.
TOTAL ARV of each Disneyland Resort Prize: $4,376.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: NOT TO EXCEED $24,840.

ELIGIBILITY: All legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry and legal residents of Canada, over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence, as of time of entry, excluding residents of the province of Quebec, are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
