(13) Grand Prizes - (1) Grand Prize awarded every other week during the Sweepstakes period. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Channellock Tool Roll.
ARV of each Grand Prize is $100.

Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, D.C., and Canada (except in the province of Quebec), 18 years of age or older, as of August 10, 2009.

Only one entry per person per e-mail address or per mailing address is allowed for each drawing during the sweepstakes period. Each drawing throughout the Sweepstakes period includes entries beginning on Monday (at 12:00:00 AM ET) thru the second Sunday (at 11:59:59 PM ET). The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries.
