(1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a Comedy Tour Vacation Package for Winner and (3) guests to see a comedy show in each of the following four destinations: Irvine, California; Denver, Colorado; New York, New York; and Miami, Florida (trip dates and shows TBD by Sponsor). Winner and guests must travel to each destination location consecutively over a nine (9) day period. Package includes air transportation from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence to the first Comedy Tour destination city (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the first destination, car service will be substituted in lieu of air transportation and no cash difference will be awarded), air transportation to all remaining destination cities and back to Winner’s residence airport, ground transportation (to/from airport to/from hotel, to/from Comedy Club to/from hotel), a total of 9 days/8 nights hotel accommodations (two standard rooms, double-occupancy; Sponsor to select hotel) and (4) tickets with VIP seating to one (1) show at the Improv-owned Comedy Club in each destination city (seating selected by Sponsor), which may include a private meet and greet with talent as available. Trip must be completed by 11/19/10.

(250) FIRST PRIZES: Winners will each receive (2) tickets to any Improv- or Funny Bone USA-owned comedy club in the United States. See Butterfinger.com/improv for a full list of participating clubs and locations.
