FREE CODES: Print your actual name and current residential address (No P.O. boxes), telephone number, date of birth and email address, on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail, in an envelope with proper postage affixed, to the Free Code Address. Requests must be received by the Free Code Request Deadline. Each mail-in request must be mailed separately. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Free Codes will be emailed.
