(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip for (2) for the Winner and (1) guest to Nashville Tennessee before December 31, 2009. Event dates subject to change.

If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsors, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. MTVN is not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Nashville, TN. Sponsors reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN; (2) nights hotel accommodations in the Nashville, TN for Winner and Guest which shall be one room; and $500.00 shopping spree at Holly Williams Store with Holly Williams.

ARV of the Grand Prize: $1,750.
