(2) Bathroom: One Grand Prize Winner will receive remodeling of two bathrooms according to design and specifications of Sponsors' designer. Fixtures are included. Painting and flooring not included.

(3) Kitchen Remodel: One Grand Prize Winner will receive remodeling of their kitchen according to design and specifications of Sponsors' designer. Existing kitchen appliances will be used. Painting and flooring not included. Fixtures are included along with limited lighting fixtures.

(4) Deck: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a custom-built deck (not to exceed two hundred square feet of floor area). Does not include stain or paint. ARV $6000.

(5) Sunroom: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a patio enclosure supplied and installed on Winner's existing patio, footing or deck (not to exceed two hundred feet of floor area). Lighting fixtures and ceiling fans not included. Very limited electrical wiring included at Sponsor's discretion.

(6) Roof Re-shingle: One Grand Prize Winner's roof will be covered with high-grade roofing shingles. Does not include repairs or removing existing roof.

(7) Siding: One Grand Prize Winner will receive vinyl siding on all exterior painted walls of home. Includes soffit, fascia and gutters.

(8) Fencing: One Grand Prize Winner will receive vinyl fencing for their yard. 100 running feet with gate. Does not include removing any existing fence.
