(1) Grand Prize: Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the “Fix for Free Giveaway” home makeover. The home makeover is valued at approximately $150,000 as of February 2009. All decisions related to the “Fix for Free Giveaway” shall be at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of NFAFN “Fix for Free Giveaway” depends on market fluctuations of materials and labor. The home remodel may consist of the following items: Tile, Windows, Doors, Kitchen and Bath Cabinets, Appliances, Air conditioning and Furnace, Kitchen and Bath countertops, Carpeting, Paint/stain, Plumbing, Lighting, Roofing, Siding, Decks, Window Coverings, and labor. Any or all of the above listed items may be substituted as the main sponsor sees appropriate. Any substituted items will have the same or a similar retail value of the item substituted for.

Maximum ARV is $150,000.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older as of March 2nd, 2009.
