(1) Grand Prize: Consists of a Block Party for winner and (100) guests featuring a concert by Rascal Flatts OR in lieu of the Block Party winner may receive $25,000 (made payable in the form of a check to winner). If winner selects the Block Party, the Block Party will be held at an appropriate location near winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No alcohol will be provided by Sponsor or permitted at the Block Party.
ARV: $25,000.

(5) First Prizes. Each First Prize consists of a trip for (2) to attend a Rascal Flatts concert. Prize includes double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for winner and (1) guest for (2) nights, (2) tickets to attend a Rascal Flatts concert, and $500 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check).
ARV: $3,500 each.

(10) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of a $2,500 Visa® Gift Card which can be used towards a custom block party. Winner is solely responsible for organizing block party.
ARV: $2,500.each.

(100,000) Third Prizes. Each Third Prize winner will receive a Rascal Flatts song download.
ARV: $1.00.each.

Total ARV of prizes: $167,500.
