(1) Grand Prize: one year's supply of Chefs Diet "My Total Solutions" meals for a family of four; or Winner can choose to receive a 9 month, a six month or a 3 month supply of the Product (ARV for 12 months = $44,500; ARV for 9 months = $ 33,375 ; ARV for 6 months = $22,250; ARV for 3 months = $11,125 ). Winner will also be awarded $5,000 (awarded as a check) to be used towards payment of income and sales taxes payable as a result of winning the prize.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $49,500.
