open to parents/legal guardian of children currently attending private schools in grades K-12, or undergraduate and graduate College studies; and to actual students who are High School Junior or Senior or College students going for under graduate or graduate degrees in a 2 yr or 4 yr accredited colleges who are already enrolled in any of the above as of September 1, 2007, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
