(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a NASCAR® Race Weekend Trip in August, 2009 or other dates as selected by Sponsor to Bristol, TN ("Trip"). The Trip will consist of two (2) tickets for two (2) to the Cup Series Race, and any other races that might be held that weekend at the race track in Bristol, TN ("Race Track"); round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence to the Tri-Cities Regional Airport, Blountville, TN (however, in the event that the Grand Prize Winner resides within 75 miles of the Race Track, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100) in lieu of the round-trip coach airfare for two); four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy); two 2-day Goody's Suite admission tickets to see races at the Race Track; Pit passes, if available; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money.

Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

You may enter your driver selection at any time after the start of the race until the following Monday at 11:59:59 P.M., ET ("Voting Period"). Entry selections must be received no later than 11:59:59 P.M., ET on the Monday following that Cup Series Race in order to be eligible.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: 38 First Prize Drawings/1 Drawing per Cup Series Race: Within approximately six (6) days after the conclusion of each Cup Series Race, the name of one (1) potential First Prize Winner will be selected per Cup Series Race and the potential First Prize Winner notified by Elite Sports LLC ("Elite"), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible Official Votes cast and received during that particular Cup Series Race's Voting.
