(1) Grand Prize: A check in the amount of $100,000.
ARV: $100,000.
(35) First Prizes - (1) per Entry Period: Each winner will receive either (1) autographed mini-helmet from a Nationwide Series driver selected by Sponsor (ARV: $15) OR a pair of tickets to a 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series race (ARV: $790).

Total ARV of all prizes: $108,275.
Rules
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are (18) years of age or older as of 2/16/08.
Ends 30 minutes prior to the start of the Homestead-Miami Speedway NASCAR Nationwide Series™ race on 11/15/08.
A maximum of (1) entry and (20) points can be earned in each of the Entry Periods designated below.

How To Participate: Visit www.ESPN.com between 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on 2/13/08 and 30 minutes prior to the start of the Homestead-Miami Speedway NASCAR Nationwide Series race on 11/15/08 (“Promotion Period”), search for keyword “Nationwide”, play the Up to Speed Challenge and fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry in the applicable First Prize drawing (see chart below) as well as earn points in the Grand Prize drawing. The Up to Speed Challenge will require entrants to make up to three (3) predictions about an upcoming NASCAR event. Points can be earned as follows:
Log-in to play the Up to Speed Challenge = five (5) points.
Each correct prediction = three (3) points.
Assign a confidence value to each prediction (how sure you are that you accurately predicted the outcome of the event, on a scale from 1-3) = max. (6) points.
A maximum of (1) entry and (20) points can be earned in each of the Entry Periods designated below. Each entrant’s rank will be determined by the total number of points accumulated over the duration of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) game play per person or valid e-mail address per Entry Period.
