Oopen only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry, have photo-capturing and uploading capabilities as of November 1, 2007 and are not a professional photographer, i.e., a person who has earned 51% or more of his/her annual income by taking, selling, or marketing photos, whether as an employee or as a freelance photographer, during the last three years.

You will receive one entry into the Contest for each eligible Photo you properly submit, up to a maximum of six entries per person/per valid email address.
