Hello everyone,

I found out recently that I won the Spike TV Ultimate Viewer Sweepstakes, from Spike and Dave & Buster's. I had to keep it under my hat until it was announced live during the season finale of the Ultimate Fighter last Saturday. I'm so psyched! My wife and I LOVE the UFC, we watch the fights all the time and hadn't missed an episode of the Ultimate Fighter this season. The Grand Prize is a trip for two to a 2009 UFC fight, including air, hotel and event tickets (ARV $3,000). I entered this sweep every day but never really expected to win. We can't wait to go. 

Thank you so much Mr. Sweepy, I follow the advice on here and keep plugging away. Entering sweeps is fun, and I find it really does raise my awareness of the products, so I think the sponsor's are spending their advertising money well by running these great sweeps. I know I sure do appreciate them. Good luck everyone, and keep sweeping.

This one puts my wins over $10K, I've been sweeping every day on this site for a little over a year. My other wins so far:

Hi Bobcat, Congrats on this and the other wins. Yes, it puts you in the $10K Club I will say that it might be tougher to get into the $10K Club that it is to get into the UFC fighting ring. No Joke, it is very difficult to get into the $10K.

FYI... Before I started ST, one of my good friends and workout partners was Mikey Burnett who won a World Championship in Ultimate Fighting before it got popular.  So I know the sport well.

Wow, that's a lot of great prizes. It makes me want to stick with it. Maybe my $80 worth of wins in 2008 will multiply by 10 this year.

That is absolutely wonderful and I'm so happy the prize went to someone who will really enjoy it.  Any tips on how to win, from us beginners out here?  Thanks!

No special tips really, just use your lucky list and enter a lot of sweeps. I enter 90-100 a day pretty consistently, sometimes quite a bit more if there are a lot of sweeps I'm interested in at the time. I think keeping a positive, fun attitude about it is the most important thing - and that helps with the consistent entry part. I enjoy daydreaming about the possible wins and checking out the new sweeps as they come along. It's a really fun hobby that doesn't take up a lot of time, and I've been super lucky so far. I'm still looking forward to some big cash wins, maybe a car, and certainly trips! I think your odds on vacation sweepstakes may be slightly better as a lot of people only like to enter for prizes with cash associated. My wife and I have really enjoyed the trips we've won and are looking forward to future prizes too. Good luck on your sweeping. Enter enough sweeps for a long enough time, and you'll start to really rack up some prizes too.
