I know Mr Sweepy is way to busy to bother with this. But I wish there was a site that showed a list of winners for each of the sweepstakes.

That would be great, but it takes months for some administrators to pick winners.  I once suggested on ST that they leave the rules links active after a sweep is over so you can still access all the information, but it didn't get a warm response.  The one thing I've noticed lately that might be of help is that Eprize is starting to offer a link in their rules which is a request for a winners list.  If you email the link right before? or right after the sweep is over, they will acknowledge your request and send you a list of the winners when they have it.  I tried it with the General Mills Wii sweepstakes, and I received the list of winners shortly after the sweeps was over.  At least you can get the winners for all of Eprize's sweeps.  It's all completely automated I think, and just saves them a bunch of time. All I will say, we have been looking at this for well over a year and may do something about winner's list in 2009.  We have all of the thoughts and ideas layed out, even the domain name. The problem is the time programming the site.  We will also be programming in a different, more advanced format is one reason why we waited. Last on this point, we receive a lot of great ideas but there are many issues to consider before building a site. Simply, there are far more dots to connect than you might think.

  I won I catually won something for the first time in my life !!!!  I won a $5 gift card.from Chevron it came in the mail today.

Its not much but Im so happy just to win something !

I know that  a lot of the time you can request a list of winners and they will mail you one when they get around to it.  I know that I requested one on the Early TImes sweepstakes where you had to guess how many baits were in the boat, because I just wanted to know how many baits were in the boat. They sent me the list of winners but never did tell the actual number of baits so unless the guy in Clearwater, Fl wants to write and tell me how many he guessed I will never know.
