I received the e-mail telling me I had won an X-BOX  on 9/18/08, but have still not received an Affidavit of Eligibility.Has anyone else had this problem?

i won a wii on 8/29 and all i got was the confirmation email that said after verification i would receive the wii in 8 to l0 weeks.  no further action was necessary on my part.  it arrived in about 4 weeks.  i didnt have to fill out an affy or do anything.  if your email said something like this, dont worry.

Yes I had the same problem with the DD sweep.  My email said I would get an affy in 10-12 days, 3 weeks later still no affy.  I emailed them and had an affy 2 days later.  EPRIZE was not who sent it out but they contacted the company to send it out quickly.  GL and congrats!

I could be wrong..but I have won many prizes..only the ones at value of 600.00 or more did I have too fill out an aff or any paperwork.
