Please HELP!! Never received my prize!!

Please give me some tips! I have won several eprize instants and all I get is automated replies with no follow ups.  In short this is what happened. My husband and I both play under each of our own e-mail addresses.

1)We won on the Sharp MLB instant line up...never rec'd e-mail. Contacted them got automated reply and was contacted in 3 days with a $25 gc code to MLB.

    2) decided to then check on our win from 7/08 on $5 subway gc Get Smart Subway sweeps, could not find a link to e-mail so I e-mailed fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com...  no response at all.

    3) got really worried about several other instants I recently won so decided to research, found these were e-prize too. I used a link at their sire questions@eprize.com and e-mailed them concerning a Epson Back to School 1 mos NetFlix win from 9/08 and a win General Mills Back to School 500 box tops for our school  from 9/20/08. I received an automated reply but no follow up and it's past the 3 days!

I entered their fulfillment address as an approved sender on both of our e-mail accounts...and we get all type of junk mail so I don't think it's a firewall or anything. Plus I got the e-mail from the Sharp win after contacting them.  I'm not really worried about the little prizes, (but it does discourage us from entering other e-prize sweeps) I am really concerned about the 500 ($50) box tops for our little school. It is a tiny one room Christian school k-12  on a real shoe string budget and I already told them about it.

I have looked for an address on their site but not sure where to write as they have several locations. Very frustrating. Any help is REALLY appreciated!

Personally, I'd let it go. Looks like you're missing a few 'small-ticket' items. I'd be more worried that ePrize is somehow failing to get prizes to you, rather than trying to recover those missing ones.

Have you tried calling ePrize to see if there's a delivery problem on their end?  Be nice to them.

When I have felt a need to contact them, I do a reply on their e-mail.

I always end with "Is there something I need to do?". Quick replies every time.

Re: Please HELP!! Never received my prize!!

The Get Smart Subway sweeps ended August 10th. Generally in the rules, you'll see that they send out prizes, 6-8-10 weeks AFTER the sweeps ends. They gave out 3,500 of the $5.00 cards you won. You're not even 8 weeks out yet. Be patient.

The last one you listed was for sweeps that ended less than a month ago. Again, be patient. I have NEVER not received a prize on a sweeps that e-prize has administered (And I have probably won between 50-100 prizes on sweeps they've administered). Most prizes aren't sent out till 6 or 8 or 10 weeks AFTER the sweeps has ended.

If you want advice, the best and only advice I can give is be patient! I don't worry about my prizes and they all come eventually. If you go for 2 or 3 or 4 months AFTER when they are supposed to come? Then worry and contact them. Don't do it BEFORE they are supposed to come, and clog up their system, it just makes it harder for them to do their job, I'm sure.

Congrats on your wins, and hope you have many more. Remember, BE PATIENT! :)

Thank you for the tips...yes absolutely I'll be nice...I am very appreciative after all! :) I did look for a phone number on their site but it explicitely states do not call about sweeps. I'm very careful to follow the rules and although tempted, I thought I shouldn't call. Like I said it's not the size of the item...we can let that go...but do we just stop playing e-prize instants?? That's a whole lot of sweeps..what if we do play and win something really good, would we even get that? The 500 box tops would really help our school, it is worth $50. Maybe I should write the company sponsoring it?Thanks for the tips!! We are fairly new.

Re: Please HELP!! Never received my prize!!

Thanks Jeff...my only reason for concern is that when I won..it said I would receive an e-mail concerning my prize..never received the e-mail. I contacted e-prize on my first sweep and the $25gc was a digital code to use at their web site. I am sure the General Mills 500 box tops is similar. I went to the facts link at the bottom of the sweeps page and they have a link to e-mail if you don't rec'v the original winning e-mail in 3 days. I use that link..get an automated response and then no follow up. I have had some wins where you had to use a link to claim and verify your prize...I know I'm a nerd, but I have several prizes I never rec'd so I started keeping a log. Way too serious, I know!! lol

Just wanted to let everyone know I received an e-mail today saying that eprize was mailing out the $5 Subway card!! It has been several weeks from their auto e-mail saying they would e-mail me back in 3 days...so I guess they are behind right now. I'll be more patient on the other wins! WoW! Mr. Sweepy is the best!! Woo hoo! I'll keep playing instants!! Thank you EPRIZE!
