    Just received email and affy for:

    Grand Prize: Roundtrip air transportation for the winner and (1) guest to travel to Seattle, WA.; (2) nights standard hotel accommodation; (2) tickets to a live video game music concert to be held on January 24, 2009 at Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA. Concert experience will include a VIP interactive experience for the Grand Prize winner provided by www.VideoGamesLive.com; (1) costume article from the film (ARV $50); (1) Starship Troopers and Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation DVD (ARV $30).  Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $1,660.

    Sweep ended August 27, 2008.

    A special thanks to Mr. S. for providing this site and all the wonderful opportunities.

    PS:  This is first trip I have won thru ST and my daughter and I plan on enjoying ever moment.  It will be a terrific get-a-way after Christmas season.

    WOW WOW WOW!!! Congrats to you marli, you truly deserve it.  I love Seattle and I know you will to.  We were there a couple of weeks ago and I had a wonderful time.  Again congrats!   Safe travels and God bless you on your journeys through life.

    Halogen:  Thanks for suggestion, I downloaded a list of things to do in Seattle and your suggestion was top of the list.  Any other suggestions are welcome as time will be quite compacted.  As soon as they determine hotel location, I will plan around it.

    Rest of the gang:  Thanks for your congrats.  It means so much to have friends like the ST members.  It has been years since I was in Seattle area.  Usually my trips involve charity meetings and conferences in San Francisco area.

    If you do end up at Pikes Market, you might like to stop at Piroshky Bakery.

    IMHO, the best eatery there.

    As for finding a parking space, you'd have a better chance at winning the lottery.
