Jim, thanks for posting these! Made for a real nice and enjoyable break from sweeping. (o: I had watched the takemebacktothefifties one already, but watched it again anyways, I love those old-timer things! As for the state test, well it only showed how much I retained from High school (which wasn't very much by the way) with a big 'ol score of 37, HA! Thanks again for posting these sorts of things, I really love checking these pages out and wouldn't have ever seen or known some of the stuff if it wasn't for you sharing! (o: Hope you and the Missus are Well, Your Pal, Mindy

Just so you know, those things were around years ago and have morphed into something totally new and different today! LOL That thing made me thing of these little harnesses that my Dad used to put my brother and I in (I was like 5 and my brother 4) when he took us to the Zoo or other public places. Yeah, these nice little harnesses with clips in the back so we couldn't get ourselves out, and it had a curly cord on it (like an old-school phone cord) with an elastic velcro band that my Dad would put around his wrist. I don't know if he ever slug us around like that, but Lord knows he was probably tempted! HA! I will so have to send that link to him! LOL Oh, and yeah, that still have those things today, except they are disguised as stuffed animal bookbags and they have more of a leash looking sort of thing for the parents to hang on to, like reins. HA again! That was a good one, I like that! (And yes, I laughed a lot! My kid thought it was absolutely hilarious too!) Mindy

Can you remember the old wood and metal strollers (non-folding) they used to put kids in?  It had a detachable handle for parental pushing when outdoors and a detachable floorpan for use indoors, so the baby could put his feet down and go forward by pushing against the floor. Or the very cumbersome baby buggies (rubber baby buggy bumpers, said fast, was always a kid's delight).

Okay, first, no, I don't remember the metal strollers, I think they switched to plastic in 1986,  but hey, I could be wrong. LOL But seriously now, where do you find all of these pages at?

The stroller would date back prior to the 50's or 60's, so you probably never got pushed around (in one). This link is to some so-so songs by a guy I've never heard of.  Use the link below, then click any song on the left menu, and he will sing it to you.
