How Can I possibly enter 100s of sweeps a day?!?

    Mr. Sweepy,

I've been reading that people enter 100s of sweeps a day. How on earth do you do that without being chained to the computer 24/7.  I'd like to win a big prize but it seems the only way to do that is to be Uber lucky or to enter like a million sweeps to up your odds. Is there a system or program, can't be autofill that's still exhausting.

    Thanks

I use autofill and average around 200 sweeps a day.  No chain around my ankle nor does it take me 24/7 for entries.

Plus, I am a working Director of a Food Pantry which takes about 30 hours a week.

Try breaking your sweeping up into segments like enter for 30 minutes, then take a break and do something different.

How you look at a situation is very important, for how you think about a problem may defeat you before you ever do anything about it. When you get discouraged or depressed, try changing your attitude from negative to positive and see how life can change for you. Remember, your attitude toward a situation can help you to change it -- you create the very atmosphere for defeat or victory.”

I am sure you will get several different answers. My imput is that several sweepers like myself have injuries/disabilities that keep them from working outside the home, so we are free to sweep all day. Some on here are retired. Some are full time housewives. I am sure that if you own your own company you can get away with sweeping all day also, if not busy. I say let them enter that many sweeps if they really need all that stuff. I enter only for the prizes i want.

Actually, I work outside my home. I run around 120 sweeps a day. I do some of them in the morning before I go to work and finish them in the evening.  I have Robo loaded that I use on some of the sweeps, but I manually do the ones I really want to win.  You can download Robo @ www.roboform.com.  A lot of our members use robo on all their sweeps.  It usally takes me about 2 1/2 hours to do all my sweeps.  Mr.Sweepy is trying to fix the quick entry button which will make it much faster once that is done and working.  I hope this helps.

Hi Jack,  If you have the right tools and you are organized, it is really not that hard nor does it take much time.  The first thing is using your My Lucky List (MLL) and Last Chance Sweepstakes. MLL creates a list of the daily type entries which allows you to skip the process of finding the sweeps to enter each day. If you have a favorite(s) daily sweeep, click onto the green button that says - Add onto my Lucky List. You will see all that you have added in the MLL category.

As others mention, use a autofill program like RoboForm or Microsoft AutoComplete. This will save a ton of time.

Last, hopefully you have high speed internet.  I use cable which pays for itself many times over.

    Thanks for the question,

    Mr. Sweepy

    1) Dump dial-up, if you haven't already done so. Get a high speed internet connection. The difference in price is small compared to how much your productivity will increase.

    2) Do everything you can to minimize typing. Get as much as possible macroed or automated. I use TypeItIn, Roboform, and a sweepstakes browser program no longer available, called TurboSweeps. It's possible voice recognition software would be helpful, but I don't know.

    3) Open multiple windows or tabs at the same time. That way, while some windows are downloading or uploading, you can be working on another. I keep five windows open at a time while entering my dailies. It has the advantage of speeding up your work, while allowing some time to pass before clicking on the ENTER button. That way, you avoid the appearance of only spending a couple of seconds on the entry form.

I'm able to do 300 sweepstakes in 2 hours.

Halogen, I would love to see you in action, and I mean this sincerely! I am definitely NOT very computer literate. I know just enough to do what I need to do. I'm impressed! :-)

Faithwinner, I too am computer challenged, BIG TIME. Halogen must be a show in action because him and his old lady have won a LOAD of sweeps! That and I think he is lucky too..............maybe we need to go rub elbows with him! LOL

Anyways, enter only what you really want (don't enter for stuff you don't want or don't know someone who wants, but don't let ARV be the judge), stay positive, use an autofill program, pay the $20 a month for high speed, open several windows at once (right click the enter box and open in new tab), play once every couple days at least, always do the one timers (I have won a load of these myself) and have fun. If it starts to bore you, take a break in the forum, or take a full break from ST.com for a few days.

GOOD LUCK! Cant' Wait to Read About Your Next Big (TBO!) Win!

Posting a YouTube video of the process might be a good idea. Thank you!

Some people live in places that don't get cable or high speed internet; like me. I pay $100 dollars per month for Hughes Net satellite internet. This month is the last month of my contract, and next month the price drops to an affordable $65 SurpriseHa!

AT&T dsl speeds are about 3 times faster and more than 3 times cheaper.

Also, they(hughes)  limit your daily usage. If you go over, from that point for the next 24hrs., your surfing speed is less than dail-up.

Like others have said, I do half in the A.M and half at night.  I do a breathing treatment twice a day that takes about a half hour and hook myself up while I sweep - kill two birds with one stone.  I do about 125 sweeps a day, and if I don't get distracted by the forum, etc..., I can do it in about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs using just my autofill and one window.  Halogen, if you do video yourself for YouTube let us know.  This I'd have to see!   I'm not interested in doing more sweeps but I'd love to see you in action.

Re: How Can I possibly enter 100s of sweeps a day?!?

My process, if not my luck, sounds a lot like Halogen's.

I track my sweeps on My Lucky List.  I go down the list and open 5-10 windows at a time, using the control-click method to open them in new tabs.  (I open fewer windows if there are a lot of flash sweeps in a bunch, since it taxes my poor computer.)  I use the free version of Roboform, which allows me 10 saved passcards.  I use those for long-running sweeps with survey questions or long forms, like the Marriott Million Point instant win, or sweeps that Autofill doesn't completely fill out that tend to repeat themselves, like the Brides' magazine entries and MyLifetime.

I currently have 79 dailies and I can blow through them ... well, before I discovered the control-click method in the past week, I could do them in 20 minutes, so it's quicker than that now.  I usually have a hard time timing my entries because I have two small helpers interrupting me.

Anyway, I try to get my 24 hour daily entries in first thing in the morning, then the dailies, and the instants.  Mondays I do weeklies and sometime during the first week of the month, I do the monthlies.  I check the Last Chance sweeps once, and the New Sweeps throughout the day.  If I've been away for a while, I'll go through the list of One Time and 24 hour daily sweeps to make sure I've picked up all the ones I want; the list of dailies is long, so I tend not to go through that one as often.

And if, like today, I finish early, I actually find myself bored.  I rarely go out seeking other sweeps, tho.  I really enjoy tracking them through My Lucky List and can't be bothered with tracking my sweeps any other way.

My winnings for the year?  $470 and change.  A lot of Flat Earth Crisps from Subway!  LOL!
