I have a problem and was wondering if anyone could give me advise on how to handle. I won an instant prize from the clorox clean get away of a set of four mountain bikes back the middle of April. I have been contacted by don Jogada who is handling the disbursement of prizes, but still no prize. I have been told for over a month now that they are sending the bikes but always something comes up. Last I spoke to the people at Don Jogada he told me that they ran out of the mens and womens bikes and were looking for a comparable value. I have told them I would accept the money as I would probably sale them anyway and he said that he would tell them and get back to me, that was three weeks ago. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had a problem like this or if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks, Donna

Congrats on the win even if you don't have the prize or money YET!! I had a small win from them in "07" a $15.00 american express card. Thanks, He is the same guy that I am dealing with and is really a nice man. However, according to him it is not his company that is dragging thier feet. He contacted me back about the first week in June and told me that he hoped to send them out the next week but so far the company, which I am assuming is Clorox, had not sent them the money but as soon as they did he would send the bikes right out. Now he says that he has the girls and boys bikes but not the mens and womens. He did say that he would send the two if I wanted him to, but I wanted all at the same time because I have taken partial shipments of items that I have ordered before and then never received the remainder. Guess I should have taken the two as anything is better than nothing. But hey, thanks for the help, I can't believe that you had the contact info back from 07, I can't remember what I ate for dinner last night (lol). Thanks Again ! Donna

hi, just got another sweep win from them. a free product, lol. I would take the 2 bikes. I would ask him the name of the other company and a contact name and number for customer service. Have you asked Mr. Sweepy if he can help?  PS. i am a very organized person most of the time. lol.
