    One-Time Entry Organization

I was wondering if someone has a good system to keep up with these sweeps. I have been trying to keep them in my favorites, but this isn't working properly sometimes. Is it best just to write them down and keep them separate, according to months? Or is there a better system?

I use an Excel Document as I quickly found that I forget which ones I have already entered.  I just keep it open when I'm "sweeping" and add or delete as necessary.

I enter all "one timers" from the last chance list. Let Mr S do the bookkeeping.

I enter one-timers when new, then ignore them on last chance.  Picked that method so I would not accidentally miss any one-timers.

Some of weekly and monthly sweeps I put on favorites list and enter if I like the prizes.

Once a week I go thru and remove (from my favorites) some of the sweeps with smaller prizes; then I enter them only when they hit the last chance list.

Used to keep a massive list of each sweep, projected winning date, and possible prizes.  That became tedious and took way too long.

I agree with Jerry; let Ms. S. doing the bookkeeping and we will collect the winnings.

I have a feeling all of us do this a little differently. I don't even have a list here, have only kept it on my Favorites on my computer. But I believe I SHOULD probably start keeping up with it here. And then I'll only have to keep up with the ones I find on my own. That should be better.

    Thanks, Marli!
