    ISP Blocking eprize ??

I've had problems getting my instant win notifications from eprize (I get lots and lots of junk, but not from them).  I am able to correspond with eprize customer service, but they say the instants are being blocked as SPAM.  I'm on Road Runner.  Finally, I deduced that it's not my personal settings, but my ISP that must be blocking them.

I opened a yahoo email and changed all my sweeps entries over to that.  I STILL didn't get the eprize instant win that I won this morning.  I'm so frustrated.  Could Yahoo ALSO be blocking eprize?  I have absolutely NO spam blockers in either of my email accounts.

     Does ANYONE have any suggestions?

     Thanks so much!

I don't have any suggestions, but just thought I'd mention that I have Roadrunner, and my son has Yahoo, daughter has hotmail - we have no problem getting prize notifications...have you added fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book?  I made a separate folder called "WINS" and set up a filter that will automatically put e-mails from e-prize into that folder.  It beats having to sort through all my spam (which I still do, but it lessens the chance I'll miss a winning notification).

Hi tmaguirre57!   Yep, I did add them to my address book.  In fact, when I exchanged emails with customer service, which came from that same email address, THEIR emails came thru without a hitch.   It's just bizzarre....
