    Jim Rome Contest GP Winner (Update 09-21)

    Members,

     

    Yes, I won again!  This time was the contest offered by the Jim Rome Radio Show and Stamps.com.  I won a $1,000 in stamps from Stamps.com and a 2 day trip to Las Vegas with $500 in cash and tickets to a sporting event. Jim Rome posted the win on his website:  http://premiereradio.com/sweeps/stamps/index1.html

     

     I did not post this essay contest on ST because I found out about it at the very last minute and it was restricted to 1,000 small business owners.  The basis of the essay was: So, does your business have the greatest potential to succeed in the next 12 months?  The two essay questions were:Greatest Moment in Business History (if you know it)?AndWhat / Who Motivated the Business to Start?

     

     My first answer was about your wins and what it meant to me.  The second was about my personal wins and more important was mom and her influence.  Thanks Mom, I know you are smiling down on me. 

    Last, Jim was going to announce the win on his radio show either today or tomorrow. They didn’t say which it would it will be cool for sure.  For those who ask about how big ST is in the number of members, Jim will be giving a ballpark number.

    Thanks again for helping to make Sweepstakes Today the success it is and recognition it has received.

    I think everyone feels the same - we are so very happy for you!!!  I bet your mother will be feeling the good vibrations up in heaven when you're in Vegas!  I told someone the other day that I think God uses you and Sweepstakes Today as a catalyst to get wonderful things to us here on earth to make our journey more pleasurable!  Party on Mr. Sweepy!

    Craig:  congrats on win Yes.  I am always thrilled when I hear you are heading to Vegas for some poker (?) and a sporting event.  You definitely deserve a break and a vacation.

    Of course, I have an ulterior motive when you travel to Vegas.  That is when I won a Wink major prize.  Works for Angel me.  Glad you were able to relate your life experiences regarding your Mom.
