A lost win, what do I do?

UPS tried to deliver a package that I won from some where? But by the time I got the card with the change of address on it they had already sent it back to the shipper. Any way to find out if I can get it back. Thanks in advance for the help.

UPS should have the information. Call them as soon as possible. Hopefully, they can track down your shipment.
