That is terrible! I am so sorry to hear that you are getting calls like that! I use my cell number on everything and have yet to get any telemarketing calls (but I have only been sweeping since August of '07) thank goodness! But instead of blocking their number, tell them that you do not wish to receive any more calls from their company, and that it is now considered harassment since you have told them twice already, and that you will be filing a report with the Local Authorities. Do you really need to do this? No, but you can. In most states telephone harassment is considered after you tell them twice to not contact you. So next time, try telling them that instead of going through the trouble of blocking the calls.
Good Luck with the Calls in the future, and Good Luck Sweeping! (You need a winning call after all of that crap you went through!)
