Probably means you goofed on inputting DOB or similar information. I did it with Puffs. Forgot and hit 'Enter" without changing the default DOB, which meant their program showed me as having been born within the last 24 hours. LOL
I had no idea I'd done this and after trying all the suggestions my fellow sweepers suggested, I called GM. Long to short: they figured out what I'd done~~and here is the FIX if you were, but are no longer elligible:
CLICK on 'TOOLS'. SELECT 'INTERNET OPTIONS'. Make sure you are in the 'GENERAL'/default category. If not, CLICK that TAB on the top line.
SELECT 'TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES". CHOOSE 'DELETE COOKIES', and OKAY! Wait 24 hours and you should be back in business!
This is not your Main Cookies File, though there may be some info you need to input again. It works. As does doing a "Disk Cleanup" and "Defrag" to get maximum operating power/speed. When I was on dial-up and that was suggested, it worked so well, I began doing it every two WEEKS. Will now go to every 2/3 months.
