since i didn't get a confirmation that i won, i wrote to eprize to confirm that i won, and here's their response:

we have checked our records, and do not have your e-mail address listed as a confirmed winner. as detailed in the official rules, all winning plays are e-mailed as the page starts to load, regardless of what appears on your screen. if you had been a winner, an e-mail would have been sent to the e-mail address you used to register.

     now, i can understand that in a beginning of a sweep, sometimes there are glitches, and there a many winning messages that occur mistakenly, but having played this sweep for a long time, it worked perfectly. now, at the end of the sweep, they are saying the screen was wrong. i'm not buying it.

     it should also be noted that i few months back i won one of those unilever tote bags, and after a long time, i never received it, so i wrote to eprize about it, and they said that they didn't have a record of my e-mail address as a winner. don't you know, the very next day, i received the tote bag in the mail, which just proved that i was a winner, but the geniuses over in customer service at eprize said i wasn't. sure makes me wonder about this win...oh well...

  That's awful! It just seems the experiences with eprize gets worse with each passing month. ( Except for the new members who seem to be winning & have been treated okay by eprize, so far ) That's a positive- at least.

   This past week I emailed eprize to ask them " If I had been blacklisted by there company for some unknown reason". **Note: I've won 1 small prize from them the 3 years I've been sweeping**  They emailed me back saying " We/Our company does not have a blacklist, but eprize has more people entering their promotions".  Of course, I'm not sure I truly believe this statement ( still somewhat suspicous of them on this matter ) The customer Rep. did not sign or give their name in the response.

 The point is.... Something screwy is going with them, in my opinion.

     I am glad to hear that you at least got your tote bag, but sorry to hear you had such a " let down" by eprize. It just seems really unfair.

Fortunately, there are a lot of other sweepstakes prizes out there to be won. Most sponsors/promoters are competent & fair.  

  May your next win be soooo huge that it will more than make up for your bad experience with eprize.

HI, deligirlny, i was wondering when people would start having problems with E_PRIZE  again  because i see new sweepers winning from them and maybe one or two older sweepers ,for all the sweeps they administer there should be  more winners here at ST do to the large number of sweepers that enter from this site..when they make me frustrated i go to their site and vent  :      http://eprize.ideascale.com/akira/dtd/7969-2053  but they proved to me that they do not randomly pick winners..after the end of the year i will not be putting anymore of their sweeps on my lucky list,even if the have great prizes.

That's just not right! These sweeps are supposed to be fair and unbiased - but I have my doubts, especially with the E-prize sweeps! It's just too bad that we can't get some result from boycotting their sweeps! They wouldn't even notice, but I wish that weren't so. I hope you do win big - just to spite them !

 Sorry about your win not coming through.  This same thing happened to me on Ford Built Tough sweepstakes over a year ago.  I have something that just may work everyone quit entering e-prize sweepstakes EXCEPT ME and see if the same thing happens to me.   Good Luck and keep sweeping

I have never had a problem with ePrize. And I am not new, have been doing this for 18 months. 

I would be awfully upset if that happened to me. How long does it take to happen, after two years, three? 

 I had the same thing happen to me over 2 very small wins this summer. I got the winning screen but no confirmation email. I emailed them and get the same response as you did. In fact, they called me by the wrong name in one of the emails. I fired off a reply to let off a bit of steam.

After both sweps ended, I received confirmation emails from eprize that I had won. There was no reference to my earlier correspondence.  

I am not sure if they checked the winning list when I emailed or what. I would be interested in hearing if this might be resolved at the end of this sweeps for you. I can understand your frustration.

     hey, thanx for your response...man, i would think that a large company like eprize would have a better grip on getting things done. when i won the tote bag, there was no confirmation number, and i didn't get an e-mail either, so maybe it will show up in the mail...who knows. it is so screwed up that in their e-mail they tell me that an e-mail would've been sent as the page loaded, and you got your winning e-mails when the sweeps ended. i think this sweep ends today, so we'll see...i sure wish that the biggest handler of sweeps took care of business a little bit better. thanx again...

That stinks! What a bummer. I'm still new & so far most of my wins have been from eprize. 2 I received with no email, just a win screen. 2 were codes, so I got them in an email right away, and 2 I got emails for & I'm waiting on the product - although I expect to be wiating a long time based on what I've read on here! Hopefully the person that sent you the reply was wrong & you will still get your prize!

Apparently, ePrize is still having problems. 

Do yall remember the Delish Holiday Cooking Sweepstakes, this was an eprize sweeps last winter. You took the spoon and stirred the pot and when the steam subsided you could tell if you were an IW. Well I got an email in March that I won a 1 yr subscription to Redbook. Never came, emails back and forth always say 2 more weeks and I will get it. The last email was June I guess it's time to send another one. Your post reminded me. I am not happy with eprize.

 Were the BHG sweeps run by them - because I had three cars lined up but they emailed and said I won a walmart card.  I emailed after I hadn't received - a week after they said I did because I'd had time to think about it, I asked if the pictures meant anything or if we had to wait for the email to find out what we won - they said we had to wait for the email.  What a rip - the car was listed as one of the prizes!
