I came across Sweepstakes Today by accident about three years ago. I've never used another sweepstakes website, as I've never felt the need for one. Thanks to Sweepstakes Today and Mr. Sweepy and his team, I have won a grand total of $17,973.89 worth of prizes. Woo-hoo! And no, not all of them have been Subway chips!
Some of the biggest and best prizes include: my trip to the Galapagos Islands (the best trip ever!), my trip to Las Vegas, the Hampton Inn "Let the Dreams Begin" instant win (worth over $1,100 in gift cards and hotel stays), a karaoke machine and Dreyers goodies, a Logitech Notebook Essentials bundle (lots of accessories for a laptop computer), a Philadelphia cream cheese gift basket full of goodies, and $100 cash from Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
In addition to those big prizes, I have won lots of smaller prizes, such as gift cards (Petsmart, Blockbuster, iTunes, Lowe's, Starbuck's), food (Totino's pizza rolls, Dole salad mix, M&Ms, Mike and Ikes, ice cream), lots of t-shirts and hats, magazine subscriptions, and pretty much everything in between.
I love winning prizes that I can share with people (such as the two trips, which I shared with my fiance, Mike). I get extra excited when the prize can be given to a friend or family member for Christmas or their birthdays. I recently gave my mom Season 1 of the show "House," which she'd never seen but now loves. I won an Oreo DSRL kit just a few days ago, which I will give to my fiance for Christmas. My sister gets some of the shirts I win, and my dad gets some of the hats I win (he will not be getting my Jelly Belly hat though- that's mine!).
Entering sweepstakes is a great hobby for me. It's free, and yet there's always the hope (and chance) that I might win something great. A couple days ago, for example, I came home from work and found a box on my doorstep- I was one of 100 winners of a free bottle of Oust air sanitizer. Things like that just brighten up my day. I'm so glad I came across Sweepstakes Today so early on (I'm now 26), because I plan on sweeping for many more years!
