Have you thought about having a white elephant Christmas party? It would be perfect for your sasquatch! My school staff has one every year. We wrap the presents so no one knows what they are. Then we pick numbers(= to the number of gifts/people participating). The person getting number one picks first and opens the gift. And so on,...
But then you have a second round where you get to steal gifts away from someone else. Depending on how many people you have, you put out anywhere from 2-6 pairs of dice. You go around the group in a circle shaking the dice as they come to you. If you get doubles, you MUST pick a different gift, even if you like what you have. If you don't like what you have it is an opportunity to steal something better. The dice shaking continues for 2-5 minutes(you decide) and when the timer goes off, you are left with whatever gift you currently have in your possession.
It leads to some very amusing strategy. If you pick the nicest gift, it is likely to be stolen from you, so being number one doesn't mean you've got it made. We usually like to put something else with our white elephant gift also, so that no one is disappointed--a bag of Christmas candy for example.
Just a thought, in case no one is desperate to take Sasquatch off your hands:)
